Mike prides himself on teaching what he believes to be the most practical form of personal protection available to the average citizen. It incorporates principles of many styles in his years of experience; Krav Maga, Sosuishi Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taksan Ryu Karate, Vee Arnis Jiu-Jitsu (which incorporates Filipino Stick and Knife fighting), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and no-nonsense street self-defense.
